In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with InfiAid® and desire a refund, please contact i2 Health Sciences (i2HS) at 800-572-0501 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will be provided with a RAN and return shipping instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We agree to refund your purchase price within 15 working days of receipt of the returned product. Original shipping charges incurred by i2HS are not refundable. Returns received by i2HS without a RAN will not be refunded.
